TRAIN ON MONDAY


Personal Fitness with Sister Hafsa (Box fit, resistance training and circuit training)


9.30 am: Doors Open. Come on in and help yourself to a healthy pre workout snack and hot beverage from our breakfast bar located in the foyer. 


10-11.30 am: Personal Fitness Session with Sister Hafsa

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to COVID restrictions, we are asking all sisters to bring their own sets of sparring boxing gloves and pads. These are available to purchase from all major fitness stores and online. Should you have any queries regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact us on the number provided. Aside from this, all equipment will be disinfected prior to and post sessions. Additionally, each of you will be assigned your own exercise mat.

Quran and Islamic Studies 


Doors Open: 9.30am: Come on in and help yourself to a healthy snack/ breakfast on the go and hot beverage from our breakfast bar located in the foyer. 


Session Time: 10am-1pm


10-11am: Quran/Tajweed/Qira’ah with Ustadha Khadijah and Muftiyah Nasima


11-11.30am: Handwriting and Calligraphy with Ustadha Khadijah (Can progress to Arabic Language)


11.30-12pm: Tea with Muftiyah Nasima



12-1pm: Imam Nawawi’s 40 Hadith with Muftiyah Nasima



1-1.30pm: Q&A and Discussion

HEAL ON THURSDAY


Coffee and social time with our maternity mate and Wellness rep Maryam and our mental health counsellor Shahanara MBACP.
